Is grapefruit to be drunk okay, green tea and eat, while nursing?

IchIch nursed my first son and followed "something everyone not to eat, as nursing" to the extreme,... I ate salami and so on no meal with sodium nitrates (hotdog), any aged cheese, no mussel fish, no green tea, no grapefruits.....
Do I nurse now, who is one month old means second son,... which meal should me, do you remain as wide as nursing from it really REALLY away??? I obviously knows spicy meal and sour meal like lemons, and so on... my milk current is plentiful, and I trouble to through watching loosely a small weight, what and training I eats,... I is not in ANY Wegkrach, the a diet does, I still eat and drink them/her/it quantity of meals and liquid recommends for a nursing mother..., but does it really input a problem, the effort to relaxed weight?? each web site says, do you make a diet for none while you nurse,... is so true?? and green tea is really bad, during him/it nurses???? and this something over those packages, that you can pour in water, in order to add your food protein, is you so cheap?

You/they really must not avoid anything, other then excessive alcohol, during breast feeding. Ohßer if your baby responds badly to something of course.
I have a 8 month old and visit a breast feeding Hilfsgruppe and me regularly never has been instructed to avoid certain meal, except if they cause problems for my baby. Gratefully, she/it has no problem with something with my food.
You/they can use protein supplements as it, you yearn as you don\'t cut any calories. Her/its/their Kthe special wholeness still needs örper for you in order to produce milk. 100 percent 1 voices saves to it! ! RSS
