Been I now with the work for approximately 6 wks back and I decreased after I had baby from nursing her/it/them,.., but because I returned to the work and the weight, that still falls, pumps isnt.. I sitzte the same matter only the whole day as if I was home with baby.., but my? is, a Di wants i in order to startät, to make besides dont, wants to influence you my milk supply.., how i can make this similar one I for meals, that something should, eats,.. and as often and how much... and also knows to make the bext excercise for each whats, I let timed lil exact so, you need to make the most affective one(s) excercises,..Thanks! :) I muß over 75 pounds lose, not baby weight cuz, the i already lost that, therefore I has increase enrgy and very actively am can for my daughter as she/it grows, and important healthiest!
