Is, stomach wraps itself and solid wear the same matter?

I had my daughter almost three. Because I became individual recently, I been a little bewußter it, as my body sees. I lost most of my pregnancy weight because of the breastfeeding(only, won 3lbs, but I have the infamous bag. Therefore ich\'ve läuft and makes ab-Trainings, when drinking water strictly, and for the most park, that looks at my food. The bag still remains! ICH\'ve hörte, that to use bodies, that work wraps up, but I live only about one, that sells only the solid wear tanks, whale-diverts and under wear. Is it the same matter?

I don\'t know about the brands, but I made Pilates in order to get religiously rid of my \'pooch.\' ich\'d had a c-Teil and won one ton of weight, but after ungefähr 6 months patron pilates, as daughter thinks was, one little over 2 began my abs to show signs of a 6 case. they were impressive.
Then, I became again pregnant and * thump * the pooch immediately appeared..

Trouble the Pilates, it really does miracles.
