Enough of a food pill was nursing for me, I retained a healthy weight while I lived. Most of these food pills contain caffeine und/oder nicotine so that you avoid her/it/them müssen.

Eat \'real\' meal, fruit, whole grains, vegetables do and so on that any look wore out corn, or maybe any hummus and eats it with carrot, or celery is instead of the doritos. If you want, ißt some dear one(s) then some fresh figs instead of the oreos!!
