Is there any keen vegetarian spring of DHA and omega 3 Fettsäurenwichtige thing while nursing?

It was 20 days since i bore my son. I stieß on-line on an article that mainly of DHA the food of nursing and pregnant ladies besides calcium and folic-Säure should form. I dont weiß, whether I consumed enough DHA during the pregnancy, but I wish to recompense it during the lactation period. If it is möglich? But I am an ardent vegetarian. If there is any vegetarian meal, that meaningful quantity of DHA für my child forms? Any Doctors or a nutritionist here?

Six times, oils more richly in n?3 than the most fish, although flax or linseed, and his/its oil maybe the everywhere most available botanical source of n?3 in the short chain form is. Flaxseed -Oil consists of approximately 55 percent ALA (Alpha-linolenic-Säure).

Kiwifruit known as Chinese gooseberry in general, and walnuts are also a rich source of DHA and omega 3 fatty acids.
Maybe milk and cheese of grass-feed cows also are good sources of n?3, one piece of organic cheeses, that makes available the size of a matchbox up to 88 percent from RDA maybe,

Strawberries and broccoli contain also some quantities of these.
