Is there a way to regain weight in my breasts without surgical intervention?

I had go down a baby and my breast size before 1 1/2 yrs after I had stopped to nurse. I began a new food and an excersice-Plan (on feb 23) recently. my Brüste shrank with the silence of my body further! This isnt even the lowest wight, that I ever was, i was d previouslyünner, AND my breast is bigger! What can I do????
