Is this a healthy daily food during in my second trimester?

IchIch has only my 2. Trimesters begun, and begins, itself with the day, that is good, less sick too fühlen! I still find, thereß I otherwise each couple of the hours must eat, I feel sick and fall again in unconsciousness, therefore I take the trouble \'graze\' to it at healthy meal. On a typical day, I have the following one;

Breakfast @ 7pm, bowl straight shreddies or ragged wheat, small glass of calcium enriched orange juice.

9am - 1 pieces wholemeal-Toast with Flora Light for committees span
10.30am - 1 Belvita Fruit and fiber breakfast biscuit

Lunches @ 12.30pm - 1 bananas, 1 hams and more easily cheese salad sandwich on wholemeal-Brot

2.30pm - 1 apples

4pm - 1 mean heavy muller rice jugs

The dinner @ approx 6pm grilled chickens chop/turkey-Brust breast/pork, with vegetables and potatoes. OR lean hamburger of homemade spaghetti bolognese, homemade Schäfer-Torte with lean hamburger and so on

When I still am hungry against 8-9pm i, another small bowl of shreddies/shredded-Weizen will have.

Power this sounds ie you like a sufficiently healthy food for a pregnant woman, who doesn\'t want to attract any excessive weight, I am glad sedate weight on it, carries to my Babys-Wuchs with, and to my quiet, but I don\'t want to eat for two\' or attract excessive weight,

For exercise, I walk the dog on the beach twice per day, total combined time of 45mins, 1 lessons, and I trouble myself - between 3 - 5 times per week, that depends on it, a 50 minute to do free weight and a yoga training like Abfall-i-Gefühl!

IhreIhre food seems sufficiently healthy that everything is, which I would say, that you have of alot low fat and lean itself or easy matters in there, instead of that, I would have normal, therefore has instaed from easy cheese or easy flora Normale, this accustomed brand of this you profit weight, as we need special calories, if we are pregnant, and they will be used by the baby/baby, the process builds an extension so that you don\'t need to worry therefore to increase itself/themselves. As yearn as you, arent, that then icecream tubs or Füllung even you and so on fast food executes, will be fine. In your third trimester, you need zuscaustic-like 100 calories to that, what you normally would become,..... if you are uncertain, you speak with your midwife.

Her/its/their food sounds very healthy to me, but sticks only at normal meal instead of easy possibilities. Her/its/their dont needs \'food\' for if you only eat vern pregnantünftig, which are you.
