Is this a healthy/weight loss food, for somebody without much money?
Every morning, I, the oat, has use cut steel a small splenda and a cinnamon, approximately 1/2 cups of oatmeal, before which I do the night. Sometimes füge I a little brown Zucker-splenda-Mischung for variety to it. Ungefähr 1/2 cups Kefir lowfat pomegranate smoothie, and 1/2 cups frozen organic strawberries, raspberries and blackberries, I prefers, frozen for the long shelf life, cheap price for BJs and the illusion of the ich\'m, that eats any type of ice, or icy is so good her/it/them!I only enjoy also two cups of the coffee with sufficiently splenda to cover the bitterness and a shot of fat free half and half.
For lunch, I have a settles tuna sandwich, 1/2 canned tunas in water with two disks whole grain bread, gigantic eagle brand, and approximately 1 cups more newly raw broccoli, simple. I am a großer fan of the sweet potatoes, sometimes I, \'ll replaces some or all the broccoli for a small simple.
IchIch drinks approximately three brewed cups throughout the day becomes green tea with lemon.
For that, for what I call second lunch, I have a turkey sandwich, same bread so before with three fried turkey, a laughing Kuhknoblauch and a herbal cheese wedge span, pickles thin disks of oven and occasionally a honey mustard effortless little from Newman\'s Eigenem. Another cup raw broccoli also es\'s my favorite.
If I feel per snacky, I will eat a small little uncooked, unsalted tonsil.
Then, the dinner, that I do, only baked chicken with garlic, chili powder, cayenne, oregano and parsley. I like it with one from both whole grain pasta or brown rice, and mixed veggies, broccoli, M, cookedeyes, yellow and red peppers in a particular virgin olive oil and a herbal sauce, occasionally ich\'ll jumps the brown rice or the pasta, because my husband stuffed two cheeses big mussels, big frozen bag of BJs for quite cheaply, and loves her/it/them, for which oil, garlic, parsley and oregano mixture are baked olive in my E.V. Es\'s not whole grain and it gives 270 calories in the two, but they amaze, and I have her/it/them only ungef once per weekähr.
With night a beverage a couple cup of drowsy time or Zitronen-zinger-Tee.
Is this an O.K. one - "food"? I is 5\' 8", a little heavy for it, approximately 5 months, to have a baby back, and very busy with taking worry of my husband and my baby, that cleaning and cooking. I go into his/its stroller some times per day in my son, over a hour and 1/2 footings or more, if I can. I do Elastizit a hour every morningäten for half and sometimes with night. I drink much simple, cold water, over the eight 8oz. Cups, that some people recommend. I take a pränatales vitamin and fishes oil species combo every day, I had a quantity from pregnancy and the first few months left, together with two fenugreek and one milk thistle pill. I place f auf\'tügt everything sugar, salt or butter to it. I avoid trans thickens and hydrogenated -Oil. I know many Leute-Don\'t approves splenda, but I am a Fächer, and it is quite cheaply extensive club with BJs. I am frankly dafür, to try some new one. I like much smooth meal. The single matter, that I cannot endure, the meal is scrap of onions. I, the time, hope over any weight, to lose, and one, to give some good example for my son.

It sounds like you, serves very heavily in order to improve your health and, to give a good example for the family. I am sure, thereß Ihr standard you in a short time will say, whether your plan is working. The most important thing is variety. You/they will resemble di with him/itätgemäßen plan is bored.
