Loosing too much weight, during nursing?

Good day,

I did a diet for the last 4 weeks and have of the weight astray alot, approximately 25 pounds and I nurse. I consume ungefähr 1400 calories per day. I has goört that, if I lose too much too fast, that poisons will be freed into the breast milk. Is so true? I am nice from it, worried therefore..., but I want to continue this way of the meal because it works so well. Should I be concerned?

Nursing or is not dangerous to lose 25 pounds in 4 weeks! You/they shouldn\'t loses more than 2 pounds per week.

the most drs says about L to make a diet for no one while they nurse. I würde your calorie reception at least by 300 calories per day, in order to guarantee, increases your baby that gets, what she/it needs.
