Milk free food, while nursing?

My 3 month old son, it was diagnosed with a milk protein allergy. I nurse, therefore muß I a milk now free food retains. I have all types of info over meal, that I can, found \'T eats, but no list of the meal, that I can eat. I weiß, that I can have fruits,vegies, and meat however I what I can have otherwise only surprised me. Everyone, that itself with it beschäftigt and meal discovers, that they can eat. What you eat für breakfast, lunches and the dinner? If you get fast food, do you get something and where do you go? Please help!

I am ya as well! My daughter was diagnosed with the same matter, right by 3 months also, I now am you 9 months old and become sick and ermüdete from the dairy outside food. But it helped me to lose one ton of weight! Anyway first I was so depressed because I love grains, ice, and yes, even McDonald! I learned to concentrate on what I could have, and not this something I couldn\'t has. If goes out i to the meal, I normally order any meat with rice on the side and veggies or any pasta. I dont eats much fast food... I likes panera-Brot... I tends, the reigns, to leave a small one relaxed, if goes out i, and i dont always doubles baked check goods..., but obvious dairy never has i.
