I am 23 and over weight. The problem is, thereß I still nurses. I weiß, that I can, takes all food pills \'t, and would not become likely anyway, but I really want to decrease. Finding times too excersize, is very difficult, and I place aufweiß \'t, I because of him/it silence thinks habbits eating with what can do??? I wants to lose over 90lbs!
