Must I really eat 2500 calories in order to nurse?

I, that I nursed, have a 10 week old, and I eat as crazy, because doctors always emphasized, I had to bring in 2500 calories in order to produce enough milk. i dont believes, that you must eat so very much. but i dont believes, thereß, to do a diet, also necessary is. i thinks as it, you yearn as you, you get drinking many Flüssigkeiten, and taking of vitamins and the meal of you will be nourishing rich meal fine. bemühen you itself more exersise than the cut the meal down. i that is started to make only a couple good trains für my stomach and my legs and everything of an abrupt one, my metabolism accelerated way, and lost alot of the fat i. dont bemüht itself, to make too much too fast. only take it slowly 100 percent 1 voices saves to it! !
