My newborns and i diarrhea had two weeks long. what could it be?

WeilWeil we of the hospital us home came, both were sick. The doctor said not to worry therefore. We excluded everything systematically in our foods, vereven changed to filled water, but we nevertheless are sick. I nurse ausschließlich, and she/it still increases and I feed her/it/them, every time if she/it wants it, so that she/it hydrates remains. Any ideas in there?

If her/its/their stern is yellow, thin and tacky, it is normal.
Not certainly over you however.
