a survivor of anorexia, with which struggled i for itself 10, is i and thought i had recovered, until i my 3. Child had, and während pregnant won 25kg. nachdemnachdem i the baby i had put me on a food and an exersize-Regime and started to lose the weight, now is i on this very restrictive food and exersise to Excess, to do about matters, worse i, nurses 2 children, who burn one ton of calories through itself, and my weight fell to the point where my bmi is in 17. I need help or only need to break from it, you cause that my chiuldren needs me to be healthy and notobsessed with all, i ißt. un after any advice or helps him/it to it, is from there maybe.from Pamela

through fieldhoc.... you should be no embarassed. In this day and the age; Anorexia is a quite gewöhnliche matter. Millions of people mühen itself every day with it from. Anorexia is a mental illness so that you need a physciatrist in order to help you. I würde strongly reccomend that you procure the help, that you, for your children, need, \'s-Sake.

The dinner can be easier, but reminds, that you will need a small thing before bedtime. Yogurt and turkey are good proteins, in order to eat with night, because she/it your Körper helps, you important matter for it, your moods too balanzieren, a B-Vitamin to sleep and to give. Milk and a banana work, also. Bananas give to you potassium and calories für the babies.
