Nursing and doing of a diet? How many calories should I eat one day?

Nursing and doing of a diet? How many calories should I eat one day?

I nurse my 10 weeks old exclusively, but I really need any weight for relaxed...

You/they know per day like many calories, is sure for me, so that I can retain my milk supply,... I doesn\'t have any questions with milk supply, but for me also is conscious that, if I abandoned too much, that my Babys-Essen could cause it!

Thanks

1800-2200, or more, calories per day. Consuming WenigerWeniger as 1500-1800 calories per day, most women should remain at the high end of this selection, maybe your milk supply places with risk, how is allowed to an abrupt fall at caloric reception.
but however, a small fat reception is used only a small one for baby and becomes 1 election save 100 percent with all other nutritional requests to it balanziert! ! RSS
