Nursing and fingernail growth?

My 16month baby and I am both in good health, hardly however, my fingernails grow at all. I have gestillt\'s-Geburt from my baby and they always are f in 95 percentür height been. I bemühe me, to take my prenatal vitamins, but not always takes her/it/them daily.

Experience silence none nail stature remained behind by you with him/it, and do you have any nutritional/diet/supplement/heath-Rat better to bring her/it/them to grow? My Zehennägel seems to grow simply finely.
