Nursing and the meal?

I never can seems the time to find to eat, and every time if I take the trouble, my son starts to cry. What happens, if I aufsetze,ißt sufficiently \'t from like protein or vitamin B? Isn\'t this, why we take vitamins, so that, if I don\'t have any balanced food, that still we the Nährstoffen will get that we need. If everyone a completely balanced food hätte, we would have not to take any supplements.

I go, and he/it moves on if he/it care, it is a sufficiently big fight, in order to bring him/it, not to even also eat the meal with me. ErEr cries a quantity, not the whole day and we were several times and lactation advisors to the doctor.

@ Miki, that I didn\'t ask any opinion of my life or my baby for you. Her/its/their baby is nit they resembling as mine. Maybe könnten you the time, congrats, finds. I cannot pick him/it up and can eat, he/it will cry, because he/it wants to eat sense, I woke him/it. That is my problem, I kann\'t verläßt him/it, he/it will wake up and cries right if I prepare my meals. I cannot place him/it into a wrap, because I für cleaning does, and he/it will remain only one hour long in it and as soon as recovered him/it \'t I from him/it nehme,geht in it.? I cannot eat, while I, because he/it fights already his/its care, nurse, do I not need any meal in order to tend also to it.?

I eat, but not, so much as well as I to it needs.

Except if you are literally hungry, you will do plentiful milk, and it will be ideal for your baby.
But if your food is poor, HER/ITS/THEIR health will suffer as your body takes the nutrients of your stores and your limited reception and she/it gives to your baby.

Find to eat matters, this is fast and easy and healthy. Fresh fruit, veggies, yogurt, K,äse, can be everything of these toast, a simple sandwich, fast ready and with a hand can eat during Sie\'wieder-nursing/holding Ihr baby.
And where is the daddy of baby? Can he/it not prepare some meals? Comes more badly too worse, order pizza or Chinese-eats für delivery.
And yes, you continue to take your vitamins.

through Fiona peters out, I severely first find it, I think the brainstops, that works for a while, during the day fruits take the trouble, muesli excludes and so on, I did become given small small thing boxes with night of matters, that I could eat. With night, I carried a Schlingen-atthe-Tisch, as dd attention wanted, but mostly I was fähig, to place her/it/them into an energy beside the table. I got exact God with making matters with an arm!
