Nursing and running?
I nurse my son with it naturaly my breasts is gigantic and heavy. (DD) and they leak. I want excersizing, runs, begins if not ich\'m fähig, to do a diet, because I would like to lose any weight. I already lost the whole pregnancy weight + 8 pounds and my son is only 5 weeks old. I had diabetes während the pregnancy, so that I had to eat well throughout the whole matter, and it didn\'t help increase in too much particular weight for me. Anyways, I want to excersize and at this point, that läuft, the most appealing seems. But, I can glätten, do you do this, if my breasts are so full and heavy, or will it influence my milk supply? IstIst another worry if I want run out my whole milk hole of jumping? Silly questions, but I, \'m only not to certainly. Goes to ask the doctor on Monday, but, to run sooo tomorrow, wants to start... any good answers für me?through sharkyin...

It seems logical to me, thereß, if you started so much, that you burned down all claories, your meal, that you milk, could dwindle supply.
