Nursing... going and weight loss?

If you nurse 5 months long. Go 2 hours per day... 5days per week. Eat a healthy food. how much weight could be lost in 5 months?

It really depends on how much weight, that you must lose.

I made some similar one the last year. I went only one hour long per day, but I made all other, that you described. I lost a little over 50 pounds in 5 months.
