Well quiet I presently thinks 7months aged sons. I weigh 162 and only 5" 2 therefore on my BMI I is viewed OBESESE!but, that I wondered, if there is any way, that I conserve relaxed weight, in that I this a diet of doing or exercising?If that I can postpone loosing-Gewicht until I, that him/it silence, but is there anyway, can I begin now?
