Sometimes, you could find sweet potato, broccoli, onion, dried beans, red pepper could accelerate you, and these find her/its/their way in your milk. from Kathy Whole, natural meal is for each healthiest. It is not important if you nurse, or not.

from MamaMia Basically, you eat like you, did, as you were pregnant. Eat well, stay away from caffeine and to greasy or sugary meal. Don\'t drinks or takes all medications, that influence the milk maybe. Take your ergsänzungen with Folic Acid, that your doctor does rules, or OTC, that depends on your med, plans you 1200 - 1500 calories must retain in order to keep enough calories for you and the baby.

through sammie21... I still has my same food, although something gassy through to your baby will go. I know Kohlkopfgehen through the baby as well as the chocolate. Getränk much water, that I recommend also multi vitamin pills, that are for it, mothers and simply healthy meal, to nurse.

through motherhe.... they can go back to it, you to always eat something really want you to it..., but is you cleverly over it... if you never ate, now is not the time jalepeno-Pfeffer to try "one. Something, which overturns your stomach, can overturn also the Babys-Magen. Any babies aare more sensitively eats you to meal as others, but says broadly können you something, that you like, always eats.

through momma2mi.... you don\'t need to follow any certain food or must avoid any set food, during working as a nurse. If you, St, noticeört a certain meal HER/ITS/THEIR baby, then, you can exclude it. But there is not any große list of it "no no him/it all mommies must follow.
