Nursing of mommy, who troubles to decrease itself/themselves,...?

with 246 delivered i, yes i knows, wow, and un along to 207 and she/it is only 5 months old... with it, my problem is that was desperatley tring for in the course 3 months i, to lose, that last 7 pounds, so that can be again under 200 i, but is not happening..... i jargon reception food pills cuz un nursing and ate very well i so and goes a couple miles at least 2 or 3 times per week per day with her into the stroller... un at my 4. Week, that does, thereß and un frustrates so, because the whole time fluctuated i between 204 and 207,... somebody, to please me, helps!!!!!!!

my extremely goal is 165lbs, but my short concept is goal up to the 15. September 195lbs.....

any suggestions?

This is what eats i, seriously every day!,

Particular K for breakfast, and sometimes a banana or a yogurt,
organic burrito for lunches, 210 calories,
Chickens and brown rice for the dinner or veggies and brown rice or a lean kitchen......

It sounds like you, makes big mostly. I agree with Tracy, thereß you, to limit your reception, could. If you go under 1400-1200 calories in one day, you send your Körper in starvation form, at where your body to the pounds hangs for honored life, that you have in reserve. If you think, thereß BF-Brandflecke approximately 500 calories per day and Sie\'wieder only 1200 calories brings in, means you bring in this, that your body thinks, to 700 calories!! This time always has been a plateau for me. My second baby almost is 5 months. I delivered with 181. That was 3 , and I now weigh 148. I do ALOT of going, loses 3-5 miles per day and I over 1-2 pounds per week. You also nurse plus me and eat you healthy.
