I gave birth 5 weeks ago and now, I have one three weeks long very strains, but healthy chimney diet done and moves me with 1200-1500 calories per day, connected 3-5 days per week with 30 min of training, much movement during the day, during the liking of my two children and my half, the half bottle feeding nurses, and I still loosing at all no weight is. In three weeks würde I at least to one kilo however me didn loosely erwarten\'t.

i dont white, because goes i through the same matter,... un nowhere near a mommy.. indeed un a teenager... besides ive tries, virtually 5 years long 5-10 pounds, to lose,... and is active sooo i, and my mommy buys only healthy stuff.. no junk meal or the soda.. i has a veggie-Garten in my backyard, and we do salads with it.
