Pregnancy: Exercise & weight loss question?

Since a good quantity of weight (3-tone) probably put on the downfall i more pregnant from not training and the meal of alot of the Kramessens, resembling are concerned about all other by she/it i for itself, but if I am, notices i more bare that pushed i for itself on my thighs and my vagabond on alot of the weight.

I want to do some exercises of home if possible and starts, better meal, obviously no exercise, that is too exhausting, or something, which would harm my baby in it to eat anyway, i wants to increase no only more, as i already has.

Also, after giving from birth, how needs long i to weight, before can make a diet and beginning, that do correct exercises, i? I place auf\'t middle food, i means to cut out fat, carbs and so on. I know \'t i-Dosemacht this if I am pregnant, so that I the große step till leaves after the baby was born, therefore, how should wait long i? ICH\'m, that doesn\'t nurse.

I am not so wide, gone as you, but un thinking well advance!
Un only gunna wait til un in 2. Trimesters, n,ächste week, n if knows i, everything still is healthy.. then un, to walk alot, goes, takes out doggy for walk i daily, but un loooong-Spaziergang talks, finds i is the back hurting of me, if it makes ive so far! I wanna does some really easy weights, my arms only getönt, to hold.
But if you now begin, it is big, you dont must stop simply lower on the reception of the bad stuff on all..
And going is a BIG-Plus.. it also becomes original does and birth easy,
And if you don\'t nurse and have a natural birth, ie not a c-Teil, that you can start to quite train exactly away, begins you easily only away! and thinkäten, to do!

thankyou hun, i finds that gets also really bad backaches, if goes around i for too long, i you assume that it is better than the putting of the unmitigated day lol on your reverse! Glück with your pregnancy. xx

from AXA good, if you became only quiet, you probably would have to work out AT not EVERYTHING for a good 9 mos... the weight will melt exactly with BFd\'g away.... AND you get to eat, more than usually.... PLUS, you dont must pull around a bouquet of formula cans and bottles... all ya gota does, lift is on your top, and breakfast is served! ... and lunches and the dinner and the small things... the wasverbessert \'s as this?
