Six months after giving of birth and cannot procure 20 pounds for the addition.?
I gave birth 6 , and with delivery I weighted180 and 5"8 are I. now ich\'m 155 and lost the last 3 months or according to no pound! I cannot do food on a rope or weight loss pills or Schütteln tries, because I am, would decline gladly breastfeeding.I to 135 or 140 to be glad, but exercise and eats, of property only discourages me. All instrumental lace or special endpractices would be assumed gratefully!from Natalie

find calorie/fitness-Rechner on the network, you input all your stats, and it will tell you, you one day like many calories need retained, you take 300-400cal from this number and thats how much from, you must lose.eat 5-6 small meals per day, you eat every 2-3 hours,
5-8 portions of fruit and veggies one day
8 glasses of water
have carbs complex for breakfast, they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner, muscle repairs
cardio trains 4-6 times per week in 30 50 min, easy weight training,
meal, that is done from white flour, consumes cakes dont and so on violated white bread, sugar loaded meal (cookies) icecream, candies and so on, and nothing fried, greasy.
ofcourse you can spoil itself in a while with a small enjoyment once:)
