My partner troubles to strengthen itself/themselves, he/it doesn\'t want to increase or decreases taken hes with it at a sport activity and gymnasium and I consented to help with his/its food, but I don\'t know where beginning is! He/it told me, he/it cannot eat any carbs after 7 because they take you to yearn to digest and das\'s over the single matter, that I know, he/it says, that he/it needs much protein, but I don\'t want to let him/it bored so exactly, wanted to know, could come everyone which recipe ideas with it upward?

Also quiet I, but as soon as holds i, would strengthening and losing of any weight also concentrate gladly i for itself, any ideas on, how I can do this?
