ii had my son 6 weeks ago and wants to decrease.., therefore I shorten calories not nursing with 2 small meals and 2 small things and water throughout the day by 1500, and I came to the gymnasium 5 days per week, I make cardio for 30-45 logs about all those days and any Gewichtswiderstand-on2-3 of those days. Did so further Ive 5 poinds lose, but is this very effective one or want my metabolism slowly? do I do the food right to uphold metabolisms? ty

Sounds good for me! I did the same matters, in order to decrease, and it worked, I lost over 70 pounds. also, it, \'s, a good number is 1500 cals to be been if you fall low, likes 1200 and under, thereß you really, to screw your metabolism up, begins.
