It now was more than one month because I had my daughter over a C-Teil. My stings now are drily all and my abdomen doesn\'t still hurt.

What is, the trainings, that will help me, to get back a sounded waistline, and will strengthen my abdominal muscles, because they really hang, loses since the service.
