Use every previously internal noise?

Before I had my daughter 7 , I was 114 pounds, now, I lost 15 pounds since her/its/their birth, and I am depressed to 130. I love my daughter, but I hate my Körper. I was recently in vacation, and I was super self consious in my bikini. I have fat thighs, a gro,ßen stomach and spreads hips, me, \'m minutely, so that it looks bad.

I tried training and cut particular bread, not particular greasy meal, mayo during the dinner or butter eats, I cut out all the bang and the candies of my food completely, because the last few months and I didn\'t lose any pound! I still am Brustfütterung my daughter, and planning, to do, so until her/it/them even disaccustoms, can take all food pills ich\'t so. But I hörte from the internal flush pills, and seemingly they amaze and work well. I gewannbraucht them \'t soon any time, w,ährend my baby nurses, but I was surprised for it when she/it disaccustoms if they are a good idea to be taken? ICH\'ve never used pills in my life ouchßer it, as I was sick,..., but I am desperate. Did she/it try everyone? How they work healthy?
