Vitamins, that I should take, while nursing?

I took cent rum from Materna through pregnancy, but not now, while nursing. I believe, thereß it something, to do in it with the iron, has and doing of baby consitpated.

Should I take vitamins or have only a really well balanced food?

You/they must continue vits,[and for you of course prenatal, an exact well of balanzierte food and more liquids for you] and the baby definatley needs a daily vocal liquid D-Vitamin. This is not one M a necessityöglichkeit for your small one. I hope, thereß this Dr. you this explained!

psps tries to take each other day[because from your prenatal vits to the high iron] and a more regularly vit on the other days.
You/they still need the iron for a while[and, baby therefore does]

I doubt highly that the iron causes in the vitamins, your * baby * constipation, you, yes. But no matter your breastmilk should have the same concentration of the iron what you take, or places auf\'t.
