I take something, which is called expecta,... his/its omega, that 3 fat oils and i believes, that it has fish products of it. I want to be vegan, but I also want, thereß my baby the correct quantity of omega 3s gets. Es\'s not a lifeline für my baby also, I dont must take it, I want only to it, because I had a baby with hydrocephalus (water on the brain), again, I am very anal over my vitamins in order to take the trouble to hinder everything to happen.

my question is so...

can everyone tell me that 3s could procure omega i through meal for nursing any keen way?

Also I need to confront ways, my family and my friend over the elections, I am willing to do. I;m they will be complacent fearful over it.
