Weight loss of pregnancy, while nursing?

Whats the best way, to decrease after pregnancy, while nursing?
I dont believes at doing a diet, but in controlling my parts. My problem is, thereß you liek 300 special calories needs, while breastfeedi ng, and un going, to be in ALOT of the pain, with it i accustomed is you capable, much, that goes, first, plus I, too üben\'m, to be a full time college student with a part-time work, even you lived therefore i much time to train, if feels better for itself i.
