Weight question, that makes ready, me depression?
birth gave i 7 .. my baby now is exact 7 months and 1 weeks.. un nursing of him/it however he/it began solid meal 3 meals + a small thing every daymy problem really is difficulties of losing of those particular pounds has..
now un 179 pounds.. and my ideal weight should be between 135 and 145 pounds!! which means that likes must lose i from 30 to 40 pounds!!
but whats really depressig I is my sizes!! my arms increased, and they look like human legs, doesn\'t arm!!!, how can I cost WEIGHT BACK MY ARM??
plus my thighs and my barrel

waswas can make i?? i dont has enought-Geld to subscribe with food, and nutrition centers!! and my baby leaves i-Jargon at home and goes to the gymnasium because his/its daddy is a fire fighter, and we live in another city, where still i dont many friends no one of my family and his/its really hard one has to get a nanny,
a treadmill has i at home.., how can lose wieght i!! any special nourishment or any daily routin??
