I trouble to decrease me while I nursed. ICH\'m, that not itself bemüht, to lose it too fast, bc that I don\'t want my milk, to become about caused, delivers only 2 pounds per week. from TJS, you must eat really healthy, if you nurse, but I lost 20 pounds of my pre-pregnancy weight with both of me because I had gestational-Zuckerkrankheit and only a low carb-Nahrung could eat.
