What could induce a 2 week old to have 15 stools per day?

I nursed my 2 weeks old. IchIch has him/it on his/its ground, that was heavy, because of a rash to get rid of, to the doctor taken. His/its ped. said, thereß 15 stools per day too much is. Das\'s, why the diaper rash was so difficult to get rid of. he/it also said, thereß it something in my food, that causes these many stools, could be. I cut out all diary products. Any advice?
