What do you eat on an average day as on a food?
This is my first food. Want to lose you 12 pounds, goal is until new years, I had my first child only 2 1/2 weeks ago. , Gewichtsverlust has plateaued over the last week and mir\'m that doesn\'t nurse the was\'s an average Tage-Wert of the meal for you or your goal for calorie reception? ICH\'m 5\'4" and presently 130. If I had a really großen metabolisms and always ate something me, that was wanted, and I know that I must have consumed a dreadful number of calories daily because I love pastries so very much,:) is O.K. one calorie of goal of 1400 per day? ICH\'d does also easy endpractice and quite goes only for the weeks few after it after delivery, I really feels be bored only like ich\'m with meal altogether and needs some delicious suggestions. As I stieß only on the new quaker enjoyments Blaubeer chips/waffers, that I love!! any other good meal or eats, ideas would be awesome!! the calories is correct only so fast.from Salma????

You/they should try a 1200 calorie per day sooner than 1400, and you must keep a record from that, what you eat.Breakfast: Grains with skimmed off milk, 1/2 bananas or other fruit or 1 severely boiled eggs.
Small thing: 1 small apples or 1/2 pates. or small peach.
Lunches: Salad as well vinaigrette-Bekleidung. 2 oz-Thunfisch or 2 oz any low fat meat, turkey or chicken. 1 slices whole wheat bread.
Small thing: 2-3 cups steamed vegetables shift daily becomes green veggies from,
The dinner: 3 oz-Fleisch, garden salad, 1 slices of bread or 1/2 cup rice.
That is approximately 1200 calories. No Süßigkeiten, no nut excludes, no sodas...... excludes you once per week maybe.
