O.K. i still had nurse a baby and I only 5 , so that I make a diet for none, but i eats healthy. High protein, much veggies, Früchte, whole grains, good fats. i ißt 5 small meals per day and drinks tons of water. i cut down also my part, the Gr sortsöße after a quantity! i\'m that determines the average by 1500-1700 calories per day.

I training 5-6 days per week... i makes cardio approximately 30-40 min and strength and circuit training.

It is weight 147 i at the moment and my goal in 125(pre-Schwangerschaft-Gewicht.

As i lost the weight i with my first baby, did I make the unhealthy way(depriving 2 times per week for him/it from meals and working out maybe, therefore this time i\'m, they take the trouble to make the healthy way for him/it, eats healthy and training more, and the weight doesn\'t induce?

If I eat 1500 calories per day, workingout and nursing... i, to lose calories sufficiently not, gets? Should take like long it in order to cost 20 pounds the healthy way??
