I have a 4 month old and still nurse! Möchte I to relaxed weight, as I am married in April, the best way of what the doing of it with my small girl? I am a member at a gymnasium ouchßer Dose\'t really often arrives because of the child care there! I live beside a park and führe regularly the pushchair there strolls! What else can I do? Or während original small girls asleep during the day attempt, that gets an excercise-DVD, or only one looks at on youtube and follows him/it at least 20-30 minutes every day and continues to eat healthy, and also forgets dont as your nursing thats a xtra-Bonus for you to decrease and drinks much water, 2 liters approx,
