What is, a good way, to lose baby weight, if you still nurse. Baby is 5 mths old & I still is fat!?

This is my 4. Child, and then, I didn\'t have any problem to decrease, but I didn\'t nurse so long, so that I fit was ähig that a diet makes supplements in order to take.

Finding time for Exercise is hard, but very effective. Another problem, that I had, was not fähig, to eat a meal, and the meal of junk chimney right before the bed. Avoid this at all costs!!!
