What was your exercise and eating routine after you had your baby!?
I am 30 w and 5 days with my first pregnant presently and I look out from it to finding, as lost others thickly the baby and remained only healthy. I will nurse, so that I know myself, jargon of cleaning foods, and matters m, doesögen this. Therefore, this, which did you, types do, and after what was your success like long? Thanks!! ~from BLB

I also nursed.... you actually must get additional 800 calories per day while you nurse to uphold your production... with it brand certainly is healthy elections those particular calories. I babywore my baby für a while... and still makes actual! I love my ergo Babybote and felt, who really helped me, to lose any weight. ICH\'d goes für long walks with our dog with my daughter, who sleeps on me in the messenger. It worked out groß! durchdurch kato that eats healthy much h2o, especially nursing, for good milk production, and much stroller/carrier goes at the beach or in the neighborhood. i also united, a Mamas-Gruppe named Geschäft-n-Bummel that it uses the local shopping center as a training area is a teacher and his/its free one there! baby goes to also be nice also with you againstover networking with other mommies! check your local area for mommies, groups, alot from them has any form of the exercises programs, that are agreed with them. also has your local comm-Zentrum maybe some classes for mommy and baby, a very popular one is mommy and baby yoga...
Luck! most of the weight should from fast and then comes off the last 5-10 pounds, will vanish slowly:) i was by 5-6 months to my original weight to theück, one little longer than most, as i had a c-Teil and a couldn, \'t immediately trains...

Mommy to a 8 mo oldthrough whom I? if a mommy is! I aß healthy, lot, \'s the fruits/vegetables/lean meats/fish/high protein of meal, and stayed away from everything with lot, is from added sugar.
After I from mine WHETHER had been cleared up in order to continue exercise I started to work at the treadmill from every morning, before I took my shower, during my motherhood permission. now, thereß ich\'m, in order to work full-time back, comes go to the bed I after it on the treadmill into the evening SIEHE, you take my shower, and then go you to the bed. I do also simple matters with the work, like taking the stairway, instead of using the elevator.
through mommy2an... I guesses, that I deem myself happily, because I never took the trouble to lose my baby weight. It came off only automatically, and I didn\'t do any breast feed. I am apretty active person and hate, still fthis helped some ür to sit in a place too long, so that I guess. I also eat schön healthy and tends, every day, to eat the same matters. That is here, what I normally eat on a typical day,:
BREAKFAST BREAKFAST, I cannot eat in the morning. I then simply never am hungry so that I have normally exactly a food soda,
Lunch salad or sandwich with grilled chicken, you or a food soda weep
The DINNER - 2 slices of pizza with veggies and cheese on a whole wheat crust or baked fish or chicken with a prairie, baked potato and steamed veggies, you or a food soda weep
SMALL THING - some pretzels or a few unmitigated wheat crakers, you make soda for a diet
Besides my food soda addiction, I eat quite healthy! I don\'t like any Süßigkeiten, so that I never eat those, but I love french fries of McDonald and am gotten on the occasion of a small sequence and much money is passed out.
through love my Mally-Kuchen, that I made the body for life food. Es\'s essentially 6 meals per day, Proteinsch are in 3ütteln, or protien excludes, and the other 3 meals consist of a protien, carb and veggie. IchIch made also my wii-System as the baby slept, and went to run to the gymnasium, as I könnte.
I cost all my baby weight(almost in 40lbs, and was in my vor-preggo-Jeans back as she/it was 4 months old!!
Now there my baby 8 months is, she/it doesn\'t make any nap as much, therefore I make simple matters for exercise: park farther, if I go out, you take the stairway with the work....
