Nursing of my 8 months oldfrom JMK Oatmeal, it helps to uphold supply, and is therefore very healthy everywhere.
I soak 1/2 cups into one cup of 1/2 waters 1/2 milk, Splenda joins, and cinnamon 20 minutes long, to it. Then mix it with maybe a scoop of the Erdnußbutter or a banana or both, into the mixer. Really delicious smoothie.
