I read so much literature and talked with some friends about this topic and I am and still feel ambivalent left as bringing closer itself/themselves to my nutritional reception is, while nursing.I avoided caffeine during my pregnancy, I used one cup of coffee daily and at least one food daily, and continued to do, so, because I nursed. Now, I got good-adjusted 20 months together with yesterday a friend of me there (who has the healthiest, old,)ß you ever could know! It really depends this, which becomes her/him and won\'t tip over, on your baby.I drank caffeine free soda for myself during the pregnancy regularly, but now there I nurses, I cannot drink any soda at all because it tips over one of my babies. I cannot drink any juice either or eat pickles, because it overturns her/it/them. My family läßt she/it anyway eats a history of nut allergies for me, however.
