Which meal never causes allergies to babies (breasfeeding-Mama)?

My 3 month old baby has really badly really ezcema. ICH\'m, that nurses. The doctor says, thereß he/it probably allergic to something I is, \'m, that eats. Therefore, ich\'m, that no milk products, N,üsse, eggs, chocolate or citrus eats. It doesn\'t, to work, however, seems, he/it has ezcema still bad.

Which eating I can eat never been proved this that to cause allergies?I, on a food only of this meal in hopes, that his/its ezcema will go away, would like to do.

if your food, that works, isnt why nursing not only gives up and gives to see formula for him/it instead, if it goes away. thats the single way, f,ür him/it you certainly will know, you and not some other are wrong with him/it.
