Why do you not can, the after-baby weight loses i?

I am a young mommy, only 19 and I for birth almost 11 gave. I nurse. Before I became pregnant, thereß I me with 5 at approximately 145 pounds done hattee, 5" and during the pregnancy, I opened 195. My son came and surged früh 7 pounds 7 ounces. I tried to jog, can only für one or two minutes jogs, and I did ab-Trainings since 8 weeks after his/its birth. I, that up and down going between 160 and 165 and me, is, fühlen you itself no matter like it, how roughly I take the trouble, won\'t go over on foot the weight. I do a Diät and what I eat watches. I become so desperate, thereß I even cleaned, as I thought, I ate too much, yes I knows, that this is bad. I can ouchßer it over nothing, to be fat, thinks, as awfully I, and my son, must see, so I struggle horribly in my classes. I am one itself recovering bulimic and doesn\'t want to theückfallen, but I find this very difficult one with this dreadful fat. Everyone has the same Kämpfe had, I have, and have of every suggestions or tops? Thanks für your time, something will help.

Additional details

P.. I can only run for so long because I have a dreadful time to control my breathing. I come between easy Stöße in. I can Geschmäcke makes and conserves training for a while, but something has a hard time, jogging, or concerns any cardio this.

Wow, as I this, of which I thought myself, read.....

I had my son with 18, I am 5\'5 and weighed 140 before getting of pregnant 3 days before my son\'s credit, that I weighed 184!!! my son came also early and surged 6lbs 10oz.

I nursed, because 5 months and the weight seemed to only come off, but as I me, that was won much for it back, breast feeding stopped, I jumped also between 160-165. I tried Pilates and him/it f only wasn\'tür me, I hate, because it is interior, and I also hate to follow a video. Oh and I bemühte me, to also" run "hahaha, was not so funny.

In the last 5 weeks, I lost 12 pounds, everything of going. Every day, I placed my son (almost 1) into his/its stroller, and we go für atleast a 3 mile of walk from. AnAn the really nice days go to and from the park (6 miles) we. we will also hold, and game in the fields gets our home, it does us both active and hält me of it from, to sit at home and beginning, that eat from boredom. My son loves, drau, To be ßen, and mommy does it so, I am in such a better mood, I see one ton better, I feel better, and I get to work on my suntan! haha.

I know that it seems impossible, hte-Gewicht, to lose, I was there!!, but you can make it real. Take it with easily first and begin with it, 2 miles per day spazierenzuführen, it lasts only approximately 30 minutes, and your son will love to be outdoor that you gain your mileage of there.
