Will an after-pregnancy make a diet for effect my milk supply??

I am interested in the low carb-Nahrung. Will it cause my milk supply??

Please no lectures, to do a diet, while nursing. I will do it. I muß 30 pounds lose.

from Nina Lee Some, women can do it with no effects. My food causes my milk supply very much. I really want loosely to those 30lbs, but every time if I me bemühe, my supply falls.
