I am 5\'5 "and 187 pounds, I have 2 children, my most recent is 9 months old so that I take the trouble to interject this baby weight. I muß know if will help me as a matter of routine my work end to decrease.

M-F
4545 minutes of walk in the morning with the children in the stroller.
Following the walk, for which I go, immediately
15-20 minutes on the elliptical.
and every other day, I use resistance bands for my upper arms.

Put, I normally drive with the children with my bicycle into the bicycle supporter for 30 minutes.......

Sunday, I relax!

My food is good.
I am calories also for Breastfeeding,so the private burn....

My training goods? Any advice für me?

through enuff_ze.... your training sounds very good. Check your weight weekly, first matter in the morning before you eat. It is healthy, fähig, to be, to lose 1-2 pounds per week.
