O.K. therefore with me my 11 months as a nurse old working, I must eat additional 1500 calories, but how I can take the trouble to lose the weight, I only started to ride a bicycle, 6 miles per day. This is enough or muß I longer goes? Every help wäre big. Chimney ideas weras also a big help, I hate to do a diet because I hate tasteless meal. I believe that 6 miles per day are, more than enough! Normally nurses helps of weightloss anyways, this whole addition calorie, that burns power, is therefore too much too fast.
Ask your doc, but I believe that you should do this, which your doing, or even a little one softens it.
