I am a new mommy. I bore my son 20 days ago. I wünsche, to give him/it each possible nutrient. I make a very vern nowadaysünftige diet. But still want to know you, what of all should, I eat während it, to nurse, in order to give him/it maximum nutrients. At the important, I am a strict vegetarian. through helpinu hello, congrats.. i is no dietician.., but there is any important dietary feedback, that tells i wud like 2 for a lactating-Mutter,... takes you many pulses particularly of Arhar dal; Dont brings simple milk into any form, you, besides milk, state condensed, porridge... avoids you, to which meal to go out, you take much water, you avoid too much of Teekaffee. Früchte always is good.. reminds you u-Bedürfnis at much calcium and minerals for itself in this phase.. all best
