Did you increase as you stopped to nurse?

Hello easily always has increased I and found it heavily to loosely!!! since my pregnancy and the last 9 months of nursing my son, I lost any wieght and succeeded in making it for a diet to avoid. Weiß will have to I, that continues I to watch, what and excerise I eats, but I am curious if each alot of the weight won as they stopped to live?

OH YES won 60lbs I, as I gave up nurising on my daughter,

But I was pregnant with my son,

I were told your body grips it honestly ON 5lbs and you loosely if you disaccustom. Only applications like 200 calories per day of a nurse aufwärts working, so that it is easy to cut out those only.
