How exactly is birth weight measurement?

My baby is 5 days old, and fell seemingly in birth from 8 pounds 7 oz to 7 pounds 4 oz! I had him/it over c-Teil with 39 weeks. I started to nurse, as soon as I könnte, and he/it eats every 2 to 3 hours during the day, every 4 hours with night. The hospital had me one on it all flüssige food 3 days long, do you freeze the first day only one, so sorer I me if I wasn\'t, he/it produces at the beginning of enough milk? The scales, that she/it use, is really exact, but definitely there could be a little bit of of a discrepancy between the scales. All babies cost living weight the first week, and up to 10 percent of the birth weight is completely acceptable.
